Service Assistance/Maintenance
ASPire provides service maintenance to services carried on the MISC platform pursuant to clients' needs, and assists clients in fulfilling the support work of the operation management of data services carried on the MISC platform. It involves all services carried on MISC as well as SPs in respect of service access, service adjustment, data maintenance and billing guarantee from the service commissioning to commercial use till the final cancellation.
