ASPire Digital Technologies (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen, December 1, 2000, specializing in the development of mobile interconnection software . ASPire Information Network (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen, September 28, 2001, specializing in the system integration of MISC Platform and relevant supporting services thereof. ASPire Information Technologies ( Beijing ) Co., Ltd. was established in Beijing , October, 2004, specializing in the operation & support of the whole Monternet business. In addition, ASPire group has set up representative offices and branches in Beijing , Hangzhou , Chengdu and Guangzhou , which take charge of the business connection and technical support in North, East, West and South of China respectively, with technical operation and maintenance supporting teams located in all provincial capitals of China .
